Still with emotion on the surface, I can only say: thank you. Thank you for filling every corner of the room, for your attentive listening and for accepting the invitation to dive with me on this journey that is “Reluet the color of resilience.”
That April 18th we not only presented a book in Agramunt; We turned on a collective switch. Seeing the room at Torrons Vicens full of people with their envelopes in their hands, respecting the silence and mystery of the “River Ritual”, was the beginning of something magical.
The awakening of the senses
What we experienced was not a conventional presentation. Between the notes of Ludovico Einaudi and the sound of water, we transform the weight of a brick from my ancestral house into a mirror of our own identity.
One of the most vibrant moments was the Musical Beat. Thanks to Joan Carbonell for putting lung and soul into the piece “Ríos Singulares” with her accordion. See you with your stones from the Segre River while we recited together “We were born rivers! Not swamps!” It was the reminder that our essence is to flow.
Gratitude: The hands that have made this flow possible
A river does not grow alone, it is nourished by other channels. I want to publicly thank all the people who have put their talent and heart into this project:
⇒ To the creative team: Noèlia Burgos, Iolanda Sebé, Andrea Pedrosa, Carme Borrell, Anna E. Viñals, Júlia Calvet and Maria José Lopez.
⇒ To the traveling companions: To the journalist Meritxell Bernaus for guiding the dialogue with such sensitivity and to Joan Carbonell.
⇒ To the technical and logistical support: To Sergi Sanz for the sound, to Aina Safra and Naiara Puertas for their support in managing the event.
⇒ To Torrons Vicens, Silvia Utges, Laura Pujol and Juanjo Mestre.
⇒ To Mayor Silvia Fernandez and her team from the Agramunt City Council.
And, above all, to my family: My son Adrià, my parents Josep Maria and Blanca, my godmother Carme, my sister Clara, my nephew Olau, my brother-in-law Jose and all my uncles and cousins. You are the force that drives me to captain this world of illusions.
Thank you to all of you who accompanied us with your integrity. Without you, the Reluet movement would not be the beautiful lotus flower it is today.
We keep flowing!
