What is resilient art?
Resilient art is a form of creative expression that stems from profound experiences.
Reluet emerged from the waters of a reservoir after Núria felt she had lost her sense of self; when she reconnected with her true self, it gave rise to a statement of intent – a genuine language of resilient symbols – in 2009, following her second greatest loss: her grandfather. ‘Reluet al revés’ is the name of his beloved home in Teuler.
At Reluet, we use resilient art as a tool to transform experiences into beauty, fostering connection, reflection and healing.
2. How can I participate in the creative resilience workshops?
You can book your place by writing to us directly or via the form on the contact page.
Núria runs her workshops in person in Castellserà and occasionally at other collaborative venues – book your workshop!
