Reluet Method, Phase 3 - Confluence
The Art of Convergence from the Essence
The Culmination of the Flow: From Individual Alchemy to Collective Power
The solitary journey into your own depths and the transformation of your essence (Phase I and Phase II) finds its ultimate meaning in union.
After clearing, freeing, and guiding your own path, the time has come to expand your transformation toward a shared purpose.
This stage serves as the canvas for the methodology inspired by artist Núria Companys Castro’s vision:
"We are unique rivers, not swamps—rivers that join with other rivers and give rise to a beautiful confluence."
In this third stage, maturity and transpersonal self-leadership become firmly established. You cease to be a passive spectator of your own story and become an active explorer of your own life, integrating yourself into a living ecosystem.

From the Impact of the Corporate Cage to the Refuge of Purpose
The Refuge of Purposes: An Unparalleled Legacy for All Rivers
The purest secret of resilience lies in El Refugio de los Propósitos (Prepirineo Leridano), the epicenter of the reconstruction of the new Tiurana, facing the submerged home of Miralpeix. In this space of collective sovereignty, the movement’s earliest original paintings are safeguarded—paintings that were once protected by Núria’s father, Josep Maria, under his own pseudonym.
It is this legacy of stewardship, reconstruction, and unconditional love that we bring to every Phase III experience. We teach both the community members and the leadership committees to uphold, protect, and honor their core purposes, transforming their shared history into a living, collective, and indomitable force.
"We learn to go with the flow without resistance, even when life submerges us underwater. Control over our destiny lies in our hands."
Breaking Free from the Corporate Cage: The 180-Degree Turn
The Reluet Method does not stem from abstract theoretical manuals, but rather from a real-life experience of transpersonal transformation.
For more than two decades, Núria Companys Castro lived in the “corporate cage. “ With a diploma in Labor Relations and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, she navigated from within the power structures, organizational stress, and VICA environments that disconnect people from their true selves.
In September 2009, founded the Reluet Resilient Art Movement. In 2022, she underwent a profound transformation marked by biological challenges such as the Epstein-Barr virus, which led her to assert her artistic sovereignty, leaving the corporate structure behind for good in January 2023. Finally, in 2025, following a diagnosis of lipedema, she realized that she herself was the last object to be restored in her beloved submerged home, Cal Teuler, thus completing her definitive work: “Reluet: The Color of Resilience.”

When should you choose the confluence of rivers?
Phase III is the natural next step for you if you find yourself at either of these two points in your life:
AS A PERSON (Via La Confluencia)
When you feel that your journey of personal introspection has borne fruit and you need a safe, judgment-free space to share your art and your feelings with others who are on the same wavelength as you.
AS A LEADER (Corporate Track)
When internal friction, executive burnout, or the overwhelming demands of VICA environments are hindering your organization’s flow, and you need to restore your team’s authenticity and operational peace.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need to have completed Phase I and Phase II to gain access to Confluencia?
No. Although the previous phases offer a valuable journey of personal introspection, Phase III: The Confluence is designed as a standalone program so that anyone—whether a leader or a steering committee—can join directly. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, dealing with organizational stress, or simply feel the need to connect with the strength of the tribe, the sanctuary, or the art gallery, you can begin this immersive experience today.
2. How are the residential stays at Cal Teuler organized?
Limited schedule and limited spots available. Since these are intensive in-person retreats in the Lleida Pre-Pyrenees, the dates are arranged on an exclusive basis to ensure a space for silence, complete disconnection, and true biological renewal at the Despertar or Fluir apartments.
3. Are corporate programs held online or in person?
Both options are available. We tailor the experience to your organization’s needs. We can provide strategic mentoring and in-company interventions at your offices (online or in-person) or take your executive committee to an exclusive retreat at El Refugio de los Propósitos.
4. Can the works on display at the Art Gallery be purchased?
Yes, subject to availability. Each abstract artwork and textured sculpture comes with a transparent purchasing process that includes a certificate of ownership, a high-security anti-counterfeiting label designed to prevent tampering, and protected shipping. You can also request exclusive pieces with personalized names.
5. What legacy or tangible result will I take away from Phase III?
Your own transformation and transpersonal maturity. Since this is not a traditional theoretical course that awards standard paper certificates, the true legacy is internal: you’ll take away integrated creative tools to dissolve corporate or individual masks, transform stress into collective resilience, and achieve genuine, practical peace in your life or your organization.
