Recently my rivers, I was lucky enough to share a space of calm and reflection with the journalist Meritxell Bernaus in the studios of Ràdio Sió to present my book “Reluet el Color Resiliente”.

Returning to Agramunt on April 18 was, for me, returning to a shore of affections and memories. In the Torrons Vicens space, the same place where one day we sowed hope with the solidarity story In the Senzill Country… for the brave little ones of AFANOC, we present my new book: Reluet: The color of resilience.

During our talk, Meritxell and I traveled to the origin of this movement that I founded in 2009. I told him how the memory of Cal Teuler, my home submerged under the waters of the Rialp reservoir, stopped being a weight in the background and became the current that drives me.

I speak to you, my rivers, because I know that sometimes life tries to stagnate us, but remember: “We were born rivers and we will die being rivers.” Our true essence is not the still water of a swamp; Our nature is movement, the ability to transform obstacles into leaps of light and wounds into beauty and strength.

“Reluet is my way of reminding you that, although life tries to flood your past, your destiny is to continue flowing.”
