The Reluet channel continues its path my rivers, finding new shores to share its message. Today I want to share with you a very special report that journalist Cel from Urgell TV has dedicated to us, in which we delve into the heart of my new book: Reluet: The color of resilience in my studio in Castellserà.
We are not swamps, we are movement
In this interview, we talk about how the Reluet movement, which I started in 2009, has become a necessary bridge. A bridge that allows us to cross from the weight of what was lost to the freedom of what is to come.
I speak to you, my rivers, because I know that sometimes life tries to stagnate us. But always remember: “We were born rivers and we will die being rivers.” Do not let your waters stop. Resilience is not about taking the hit, it is learning to flow without resistance, allowing each obstacle to teach us to be stronger and brighter.
“Our true nature is movement. “We are channels of hope, never stagnant water.”
May your river follow its course
If these words and colors resonate within you, the book is now available to accompany you on your own journey of transformation. I hope it helps you remember that, no matter what happens, your destiny is to keep flowing.
