In the latest edition of Mood Gazette<\/strong>\u00a0(Mexico) magazine, I have had the pleasure of sharing a deep reflection on the moment we live in. Under the title\u00a0\u201cWhimsical World,\u201d<\/strong> I invite readers to look inward in order to move outward.<\/p>\nWhat is the “Whimsical World”?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nWe live in what experts call a VUCA environment<\/strong>: a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous scenario. Faced with this scenario, it is easy to feel that we are blocked or that we are losing our way. However, my proposal from Resilient Art is simple but powerful:\u00a0we are born rivers.<\/strong><\/p>\nThe river does not stop before the stone; look for a new path. It does not stagnate; flows. For us, the key to navigating these challenges is not to complicate things, but to reconnect with our essence as survivors.<\/p>\n
“The river only has one direction: forward.”<\/em><\/p>\nThe keys to flow in uncertainty<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nIn the article, I explain my personal formula to face this “capricious world” and transform the swirls of thoughts into something sweet and constructive:<\/p>\n
\n- Self-Listening:<\/strong>\u00a0Overcoming lack of confidence through internal dialogue.<\/li>\n
- Silencing the mind:<\/strong> Practicing the art of calm so we can hear our true direction.<\/li>\n
- Experimentation and Adaptation:<\/strong> Feel, act and pursue what we want without giving up our dreams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
