As a child, I lived moments that left deep scars, both on the skin and in the soul. I remember when playing with my father, in my beloved home in Teuler in Miralpeix, I burned myself with a boiling pot. I spent days between the Arnau de Vilanova hospital in Lleida and the Vall Hebron Hospital, isolated in a room with other children. The distance from my mother, seeing her only through a cold glass, was as difficult as the physical pain.<\/span><\/p>\nToday, those scars are witnesses of my story, of my struggle and of my resilience. And my art returns to the hospital, to inspire all those who want to fight for their interests.<\/span><\/p>\nStudies have shown that art can reduce stress, improve patient experience, and even accelerate the recovery process in healthcare settings and hospitals.<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nTHE EXHIBITION “PILLS TO AWAKEN”<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nCreativity and art have a transformative power and my solo exhibition, “Pills to Awaken,”<\/strong> is proof of it. On November 18, 2024, I had the pleasure of exhibiting in the exhibition hall of the Arnau de Vilanova Hospital in Lleida.<\/strong> I turned the hall into a space dedicated to reflection and connection through my resilient illustrations and resilient paintings. A place of healing not only physically, but emotionally through the power of art.<\/span><\/p>\nThey recognize me as an artist with an innovative approach and the ability to convey emotions that transcend the canvas focused on themes of resilience, self-discovery, and the beauty that emerges from everyday experiences<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n“Pillars to awaken” is an emotional journey where each work invites the viewer to reflect on their own life inspired by the idea that art can be medicine for the soul. My works, which I have cultivated since 2009, act as “pills” of inspiration and hope. My goal with each resilient Reluet work is to foster interaction and invite the public to engage and reflect on their own experiences and emotions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nAll my works have a clear intention.<\/span><\/p>\nFor example, the illustration “Empower Yourself, Sweeping Without Charge” tells us that empowering yourself is not a goal, it is an attitude. It is the decision to live with intensity and authenticity, to sweep away excuses and fears without charge, and to accept the power you have to make a meaningful change in your life. Don’t let fear keep you standing still. It is time to embrace challenges with open arms and embark on a journey of self-discipline and personal discovery. Every step outside your comfort zone is a step toward your true strength.<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nThe illustration “Be yourself, imperfection is greatness” tells us that being oneself is a journey that requires courage and self-love. Allow yourself to dance with imperfections, embrace your uniqueness, and enjoy every moment as an opportunity to discover and shine.
