Haute Couture Fashion Show by Designer Josep Rosell: A Fusion of Art and Fashion

On September 20, 2024, I had <\/strong>the honor of participating in designer Josep Rosell\u2019s haute couture fashion show in Mollerussa, at the Restquitx Restaurant. This unique event blended art and fashion, and my Reluet collection\u2014featuring resilient abstract sculptures and paintings, ideal for decorating spaces that remind you to move forward without judgment\u2014complemented the event\u2019s aesthetic by adding an artistic dimension that resonated deeply with the attendees. <\/p>\n

I love experimenting, creating synergies between art and fashion, breaking the mold, and working in unconventional settings outside the traditional gallery format.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This time, Josep Rosell focused his new Kimyou collection on reflecting on change and reincarnation\u2014the central theme of Reluet. That is why my sculptures and paintings added an extra element that fit perfectly with this concept, highlighting the importance of multidisciplinary creativity aligned with the values of the Reluet universe: resilience, reinvention, and courage. <\/p>\n

We selected the works in advance at the Reluet Gallery; we wanted to create an inclusive visual dialogue between fashion and art.<\/p>\n

For this occasion, I selected the following works for you:<\/p>\n

– Resilient Art Sculpture \u201cThe Phoenix\u201d<\/a><\/strong>, symbolizing transformation and rebirth, serves as the focal point of the parade. I created it using a brick from my new home after being forced to pack my bags due to a flood. It\u2019s a piece that captures attention with its intricate design and majestic presence. <\/p>\n

– The resilient art sculpture \u201cAbundance, Being Yourself\u201d<\/strong><\/a>\u2014I created it using a ham holder from my beloved home. It represents prosperity and growth, symbolizing a new beginning in life. This piece resonated with those who sought inspiration in its message of hope and abundance. <\/p>\n

– Resilient Art Sculpture \u201cWillpower: An Investment That Gains Value\u201d<\/strong><\/a>, symbolizes inner strength and determination\u2014fundamental elements for facing any challenge. I created it using a brick from my new home. Its bold and meaningful design leaves no one indifferent. <\/p>\n

– Resilient Art painting titled “Balance: Moving Forward Without Pushing Yourself<\/a><\/strong> Too Hard .”<\/strong> It captures the essence of harmony and stability in life to symbolize the balance needed to face challenges, through a vibrant use of color and a dynamic composition.<\/p>\n

– Resilient Art Painting “Escape from Boredom”<\/span><\/strong>. It represents metamorphosis\u2014the transformation that comes from realizing that power lies in action. <\/p>\n

\n

“The day I understood the why and the purpose of what I was doing, my life took a 180-degree turn. I believe in an awakened society, and that’s why I’m here to help you be free with the same innocence as a child, keeping you grounded in the present.” <\/em><\/p>\n

“The people around us don’t understand why we’ve decided to make a 180-degree turn in our lives\u2014because we had everything under control, and now we’re going to be on the move.”<\/em><\/p>\n

I like to experiment, challenge myself, and let things flow my imagination, which knows no bounds. Reluet is my home, and that’s why there are no limits <\/strong>. It is my refuge, allowing me to live and not die in a pool of dirty water\u2014the swamp.<\/span><\/p>\n
